Refund policy
We want you to love what you wear! While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- ⚠️ Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Raise your request by emailing us at support@jeansnthings.in or WhatsApp at 9880744618.
- Pack the product securely, mentioning your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

- We recommend using Speed Post or a reliable courier service for safe delivery.
- Open or damaged courier packages will not be accepted.
